Python Developer with Devops Location: Richmond, VA/Plano TX Duration: 24 months

Description:Responsibilities:- Responsible for the day-to-day operations ensuring system availability, performance, capacity, and monitoring through proper response to incidents, events and problems.- Build AWS Workspaces and automate- Develop procedures to automate various systems and tasks (e.g. automating code builds and deployments) using CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Groovy, Git, Docker, Terraform, Ansible.- Actively setup application and infrastructure monitoring and alerting capabilities using DataDog, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch- Employ innovative and secure solutions to ease developer and testing experience.- Responsible for coding and troubleshooting tools and services with the Python programming, Javascript, SQL Databases is desired.- Work with cloud native stack, build on AWS, use technologies like Kubernetes and Serverless.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree- At least 7 years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience- At least 4 years of experience in Build and CI/CD/CT technologies- At least 4 years of experience in Linux Shell Scripting- At least 4 years of experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Security Groups, RDS etc)- At least 2 years of experience with Python, Groovy programming- At least 2 years of experience creating reports and dashboards (Splunk)- At least 2 years of experience with Terraform, CFT, Ansible- At least 2 years of experience with Object Oriented Programming concepts- At least 2 years of experience working with Agile Development Practices.

Preferred Qualifications:- Masters degree- At least one year of experience with RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)- At least two years of experience using SQL, Database management systems, RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL) or NoSQL- 4+ years of experience with Groovy, Python or Java- 3+ years of experience in developing RESTful APIs using Spring and Jersey- 2+ years experience with Kafka, Spark, or Grafana- 3+years experience with various application & infrastructure monitoring tools- Certified in AWS, or K8s, or Java, or Spring- 4+ Experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker)- 3+ years experience working within Agile Development Practices
