About the Opportunity

National IT has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the scalability, reliability and functionality of Service Management processes leveraging the ServiceNow platform. You will report to the Service Management Product Line Manager.

You will interact with various stakeholders to create and execute common test strategies, drive automated testing capabilities including setup, maintenance and adoption, coordinate test events to support releases, defect management and resolution. This position requires strong analysis and communication skills. S pecific positions may focus on business analysis, technical analysis and data analysis. Skills for each will be reviewed for optimal fit with the team and its mission.

What You Will Do:
  • Performs complex analysis of major business issues and proactively searches for and recommends sustainable solutions utilizing established methodology and tools within technology areas.
  • Works with the clients and other resources to assess current capabilities, identify the high-level customer needs and recommends business process improvements and sustainable solutions within technology areas.
  • Proactively reviews, compiles and analyzes detailed and complex statistics and data for major business issues. Provides guidance and collaboration in completing analysis, information or process mapping, and/or alignment of the business and related areas. May evaluate root cause and effect into solutions.
  • Leads process improvement and solution discussions and presents outcomes in written and verbal format to senior management within technology areas.
  • Develops and designs new business processes of a major and critical nature and the elaboration and updating of existing business processes.
  • Key participant in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projects within technology areas.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Education:
  • Preferred knowledge and fluency in the Mega platform, SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, PowerBI, ODBC connections,
  • data quality experience, software testing, process development
  • PMP, Agile or related certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 6-9 Years of proven experience acting as a business, data or technical analyst on large complex initiatives
