Hourly Rate: $78 W2; $89 CTC/1099 Job Description: This position is responsible for enterprise level systems administration including: maintenance, backups, patch management, support, troubleshooting, installation, and break/fix. Areas of responsibility include DEV, QA, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production server environments. Work involves the advanced use of software and/or hardware tools to provide on-going services, maintenance, and monitoring. Work includes optimizing systems performance, troubleshooting systems problems, and analyzing usage and systems load issues of a highly technical nature. Work requires excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high technical skill level. Position requires frequent interaction with employees, customers, technicians, analysts, and specialists to troubleshoot problems related to the use of single and/or multiple information systems. Experience working in multi-tiered server environments. Support in the areas of server and applications architecture, systems integration, and Internet/Intranet deployment for various .NET applications, as well as work in other aspects to support many other client applications. Daily tasks include technical solution delivery, application deployment, maintenance, operations and troubleshooting. Extensive systems administration experience on the Windows Server platform, with web/app server deployments and operations including IP, HTTP, HTTPS, STP, load balancing, clustering, firewall rules, failover, monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning, etc. PowerShell scripting experience, highly desired. Experience on administering Robotic Process Automation (BluePrism/UiPath) solutions on-prem /hybrid for an enterprise Experience in deploying, configuring, and debugging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions. Experience in BluePrism/UiPath software installation and upgrade activities, configuring App Server, Interactive Client, Runtime Resource, AD users and roles. Experience in using all BluePrism/UiPath Tools and keeping abreast on upcoming ones Experience in Scheduling the Bots thru Studio and AppSever. Knowledge in Decipher and Interact Experience in staging and deploying the automation solution into Dev, Test and Production environments. Problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of BluePrism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Assesses needs and performs upgrades of application software as required. Monitors security alerts and installs software patches promptly along with monitoring systems for performance. College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience in applications and server architecture desired. Required Skills:
- Experience on administering Robotic Process Automation (BluePrism/UiPath) solutions on-prem /hybrid for an enterprise (4 years)
- Experience in deploying, configuring, and debugging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions. (3 years)
- Experience in BluePrism/UiPath software installation and upgrade activities, configuring App Server, Interactive Client, Runtime Resource, AD users an (4 years)
- Thorough understanding of LAN/WAN design, configuration, and administration (5 years)
- Use of Monitoring Tools, PowerShell scripting, server patching (5 years)
- Windows Server 2008 - 2016 Server Administration (6 years)
- Experience in Scheduling the Bots thru Studio and AppSever (3 years)
- Skilled in use of XML, web services architecture, SOAP, firewall security, load balancing configurations, clustering, highly avail applications (5 years)
