Once restrictions are lifted, candidates will be required to work onsite daily M-F 8-5pm, NO exceptions The client is looking for an experienced hands-on senior SharePoint and Power Platform developer. The Senior Developer is expected to take a lead role within the team, ensuring that programming best practices are being followed, prioritizing work effectively, addressing production issues in a timely manner, and writing system documentation when required. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. Primary responsibilities include:
- Design, develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and C#
- Extend SharePoint functionality with app parts, Azure web jobs and application technologies
- Deploy custom developed applications for SharePoint Online using DevOps
- Writing and modifying code to build applications and sites based on user requirements
- Maintain, improve, and integrate SharePoint solutions, including internal and external web sites
- Plan, lead and execute SharePoint online, web development tasks
- Support the development of technical solution documentation and training
- Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
- Work w/project business - system analysts to clarify the requirements and then implement them
- Participate in code reviews
- Enforce standards and best practices
- Participate in Agile SDLC
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online (5 Years)
- Experience with SharePoint Add-in model (5 Years)
- SharePoint app development, developing solutions using custom development w/ .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CS (8 Years)
- Strong experience with SQL Server database development (8 Years)
- Experience creating automated workflows using Power Platform (1 Year)
- Experience with C#.Net, ASP.NET, Visual Studio (8 Years)
- Experience with PnP PowerShell (4 Years)
- Design / develop RESTful APIs and integrating services with UI (8 Years)
- define, architect and implement solutions within SharePoint (5 Years)
- Experience w/ Infopath forms (3 Years)
- provider hosted apps and SharePoint Framework SPFx (3 Years)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (3 Years)
- Experience with automated builds (3 Years)
- SharePoint migration third-party tools (Content Matrix, SharePoint Essentials Toolkit, Sharegate, SharePoint Migration Tool) (3 Years)
