Job Summary

This role provides oversight and direction to resources that ensure transportation, storage, title tracking and balancing services are provided to customers in accordance with contractual, tariff and regulatory obligations. Provides supervision, direction and coordination to ensure these processes are performed in compliance with all regulatory, tariff, code of conduct and SOX requirements. This role also performs activities to reconcile, review and monitor the events required to ensure the company's obligation to transport and store natural gas is performed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. This person oversees the scheduling of resources. This position coordinates efforts between Transportation Services and other business areas to ensure communication and observance of company policies, practices, tariff provision and transportation procedures. This person educates parties as to business requirements and functionality and provides support with customer concerns or issues and determines short or long term adjustments to correct issues. They will monitor the system for problems and deals with complex business and tariff matters. This role manages the resolution of disputes with upstream and downstream entities while building and maintaining strong business relationship with these counterparties and operates at a complex level of knowledge, providing training to external and internal employees and customers. This role maintains necessary documentation of gas receipt and transportation activity and prepares reports as required. In time of system stress, assists with tasks as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences required for entry into this job include the following: •7+ years of relevant experience, for example, with transmission pipeline systems, facility operations, tariff provisions and service agreements, and/or leadership experiences. Industry experience preferred. •Ability to operate personal computer, including performing data analysis; •Ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions; •Ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport and speak persuasively; •Ability to negotiate solutions to problems; •Effective interpersonal skills to promote a respectful work environment; •Ability to work independently; •Knowledge of customer facilities and operations, transportation rules and policies and interconnections preferred; •Previous experience with transportation and scheduling of natural gas preferred
