- Execute the work of VEC production and print operations for IBM mainframe and non-mainframe applications, ensuring system-generated print jobs, correspondence, and reports.
- Provide direct support to meet VEC's system and business needs, related to operations and print production.
- Work collaboratively with business and IT staff to approve batch documentation; submit batch jobs; review batch process output and work products.
