Server Job Requirements:

Maintain a friendly demeanor in a high-paced environment

-Provide Exceptional Customer service.
-Serving Residents with Standards of Excellence
-Setting Tables to standards
-Keeping area clean and sanitary
-Be capable of working both independently and as a team player
-Able to work varied schedule of day hours including weekends and holidays
Prior restaurant/hotel experience is preferred
Housekeeper Job Requirements:
- Must have a Positive Can-Do attitude

-responsible for overall resident's apartments cleanliness on a biweekly basis
-responsible for common area on a daily basis
-responsible for cleaning vacant apartments as needed
-providing exceptional customer service.
- Be thorough in cleaning, very detail oriented
- Able to work varied schedule of day hours including weekends and holidays
Prior restaurant/hotel experience is preferred

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel and crouch. Team member is occasionally required to sit. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35lbs with assistance.
Experience is preferred; however, is not necessary. We are very willing to train the right candidates.
