Havana '59 Downtown is seeking to hire a talented Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager for our Shockoe Bottom location. Ideally we are looking for talented, experienced, mature candidates with extensive culinary experience and a passion for the industry.

Applicants for the Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager position must have at least 2 years of recent verifiable Sous Chef experience in upscale environment. Must have vast knowledge of proper ServSafe standards, a thorough working knowledge of inventories, purchasing and invoicing, must be well versed in menu building, creating specials and costing items, must have open availability, must have reliable transportation and must have a passion for food knowledge and presentation. Must be able to thrive in very busy settings. Salary based on experience.
