Hiring Caregiver – Private In-Home Care (Part-Time, 24+ Hours/Week)
We are looking to add a compassionate, reliable caregiver to our team to assist with the care of two elderly women in a private residence. This position offers a minimum of 24 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to be determined. No overnight shifts required.
Position Details:
Location: Private residence
Hours: Part-time (minimum 24 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible, to be determined upon hiring
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities (one resident requires full assistance, the other is mostly independent)
Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishwashing, etc.)
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe and clean environment
What We’re Looking For:
Caregiving experience with elderly individuals preferred
CNA certification is a plus but not required
Must be trustworthy, patient, and empathetic
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Must be reliable and punctual
Willing to learn and follow professional caregiving standards if not already experienced
Flexibility in scheduling is a plus
