Job Summary/Company:

Responsibilities:
-Manage an internal shared mailbox monitoring and responding to inquiries
-Act as POC for any travel related questions/requests for Associates or Candidates
-Act as vendor liaison for travel agencies
-Respond to questions about travel invoices
-Process travel invoices
Qualifications/Background Profile:
-1 year of customer service is required
-Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook in particular
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Willingness to commit to a long-term/indefinite contract
-Position requires a criminal background report
