Three Chopt Landscaping is a small business that performs landscape maintenance and installation for residential/commercial properties. It's a small business based out my driveway. Aside from that, everything else is above board: uniforms, nice equipment, biweekly paychecks, steady work year-round, etc.
Three Chopt Landscaping is seeking crew-leads and crew-lead trainees to join our team. This motivated individual will be responsible for directing team members to accomplish assigned work. This work includes, but is not limited to pulling trailers, grass cutting/trimming, shrubbery pruning, mulch spreading, leaf blowing/removal, planting of shrubbery and trees, drainage work and occasional snow work. If all you can do is cut grass, save us both some time. I'm looking for a well rounded landscape crew-leads.
We currently operate as a 3-man crew and are looking to add 3 more crew-members by the end of the year. A driver’s license is required. AVERAGE employees, sit this one out. GOOD employees, keep scrolling. If you're a good employee, open your response with "I'm a team player."
Qualifications:
- 2 years of landscaping experience
- Experience with landscape crewsleading or being lead
- Experience using riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, trailers, aerators, pruners, spreaders, hand tools, etc.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to/from work and a valid driver's license.
- Able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- DEPENDABLE, reliable, & hard working
- Concealable tattoos
