Title: Account Manager
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of maintenance department. This includes irrigation start up and winterization, annual flower rotation, aeration and seeding, leaf removal season, pruning crew, and winter mulching. Account manager responsible for ensuring efficiency and productivity of crew leaders, shop organization, and equipment upkeep, safety, etc. Managing as many as 5 maintenance crews.
Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of multiple crews. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality and professionalism at accounts as well as manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
Communication - Communicate in a professional manner with staff and customers. Account manager needs to keep up with client relations, always trying to communicate with every customer on daily site visits.
Strategic Input - Assist operations manager in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans. Account manager will be responsible for running a weekly meeting with crew leaders.
