Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs duties as assigned by Property Manager or Service Manager
Working Conditions
-Position may require night/weekend work.
-Required to be on call.
-Duties performed both inside and outside, even in extreme temperatures of below 32 degrees and above 100 degrees.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses Current driver's licenses
Other Skills and Abilities - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical skills,
EOE/Drug Free Workplace - Must be able to pass drug screen & background check
