Small professional cleaning company is looking for an experienced cleaning technician. Perfect for College Student, Retiree, or Parent making extra income.
Looking for a person that really enjoy cleaning and take pride in their work. Person must be dependable, honest, hardworking, and a fast learner. You must be able to lift 15 35 lbs.
Cleaning duties - vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, stocking supplies, etc.
You must be FLEXIBLE! I am presently cleaning all the buildings with another person. I am seeing if hiring a third person will help in decreasing our cleaning time, adding on 2 additional people to clean other locations to help with our time, or to train someone to take my place on some days.
Presently your training will start on Fridays and then other days will be added on after December.
Im open to an arrangement if you are presently cleaning other buildings and would like to add on some additional cleanings jobs to your schedule.
Starting pay is $8.00 per hour.

I would like to train a person to eventually clean these buildings on their own.
Tuesday
5pm 8pm (2 people cleaning)

Staplesmill rd, 17th and Main street, bank on Dabney rd.
Wednesday AM Cleaning
7:30am 10:30am (2 people cleaning)
6 locations; These are apartment buildings cleaning the common area (hallway, foyer, elevator and stairs). They are located in the leigh street, broad street, eastend area.
Wednesday PM Cleaning
5pm - 11pm (2 people cleaning)

5 Ashland area; bank Mechanicsville; bank Dabney rd.
Thursday
5pm 8pm (2 people cleaning)
3 Locations
1 Ashland; 1 Hanover; 1 bank Dabney rd.
Friday AM Clean
1 location
7:10am 7:40am (1 location, I clean every other Friday). You will start off cleaning with me, but eventually I would clean once a month and you will clean once a month. Cleaning by yourself, this location will take 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Friday 12 noon Clean
12noon 1:30pm (1 person cleaning presently)

Must be comfortable in driving in rain and light snow. Cleaning jobs do not stop due to bad weather.
