We are a busy Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law firm located in Richmond. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist our Workers Comp team.
Key job responsibilities include:
Handling of medical records and bills.
Document collection and filing.
Uploading of correspondence with the Workers Comp Commission via WebFile.
Interaction with medical providers and insurance companies.
Assisting the Workers Comp team as needed with various tasks and filings.
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills:
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
A four-year college degree (or comparable 4 years of legal work experience).
An aptitude to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism and excellent customer service skills required along with a willingness to work in a team setting.
