I am a local business owner and I am in need of a someone to assist me with preparing my case before an Virginia Administrative Board. The case involves a pending Alcohol license for my establishment. I have a firm understanding of how to research cases and I have (hopefully) located the relevant case law. However, I'm in need of assistance with my overall preparation. As hiring an attorney is very expensive for this type of case, I'm confident that I can prepare and successfully win my case. As such, I'm willing to pay for this assistance which will consist of ensuring that I have covered the relevant case law and other forms of evidence as well assisting with my oral presentation practice.
