An established immigration law firm has an immediate opening for a bilingual (Spanish) paralegal.
A successful candidate should have a college degree and prior law firm experience (preferably in immigration). Strong writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines is a must. Only bilingual candidates (Spanish) will be considered, native speakers preferred.
Job responsibilities will include assisting attorney in document review and all aspects of case preparation, drafting petitions and support letters, under attorney supervision, corresponding with clients and government officials, managing document collection, deadlines, and overall case tracking.
