Manager: Local, independent beverage tasting room located in Richmond.
We are a dynamic, growing company and are actively seeking an on-site, full time Manager 40+ hours per week to include nights and weekends. Responsibilities include but not limited to employee management, adherence to ABC Laws, event planning, social media and website promotion.
This position is best suited for an individual with a strong administrative and organizational skill set that has a passion for strong customer service. Attention to detail and creativity are a must. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think on your feet. Computer skills are necessary. Ability to coordinate business needs with coworkers in both oral and written methods is a must. Candidate will work directly for owner of company.
Minimum: 3 years past management experience.
Candidate must be at least 21 years old and be available nights and weekends.
