Stefanini is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant in Richmond, VA Responsibilities: This role reports to the manager of the Compliance, Automation, and System Tools team (CAST), and will serve as the subject matter expert, point of contact, and champion for ServiceNow. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support of custom services in ServiceNow. The resource in this role will serve as the subject matter expert, point of contact, and champion for ServiceNow. The resource will: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom services in ServiceNow in compliance with required system processes and procedures, working with other team members and partners across the organization as needed. Work with customers to gather and document requirements. Represent the 5th district's interests in system wide ServiceNow workgroups and efforts Maintain awareness of the ServiceNow roadmap and ensure appropriate information is provided to 5th district customer

Qualifications: Experience with creating workflows in ServiceNow, Remedy or similar experience Demonstrated ability to work with customers to gather and document requirements to deliver complex solutions involving automation and workflow tools Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into automated workflow based solutions Experience using SharePoint lists Ability to develop test scripts and plans Knowledge of service management and request fulfillment processes Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML preferred Working knowledge of databases, tables, attributes, and relationships Understanding of ITIL principles/best practices preferred
