I am an investor in Richmond VA area. I have several properties that needs renovation.
I am looking for small to medium contractors to take care of my work.
References are required especially from realtors or companies.
License and insurance is preferred but not required.
The type of work is generally everything from drywall, plumbing, electrical to painting.
However, as long as you can take care of most of the work I don't mind hiring special trades if required.
