SENIOR LEASING CONSULTANT POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Maintain Property & Resident Files
» Work with prospective and current residents to ensure customer satisfaction
» Help manage collections including keeping delinquencies at an acceptable rate
» Lease to Prospective Residents & Community Touring
» Current Resident Retention/Renewal Paperwork
» Post rents, follow the eviction & move-out processes
» Assist Management As-Needed, etc.
SENIOR LEASING CONSULTANT POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
» Reliable Transportation & Valid Identification
» Professional Communications & Attire
» Work Weekends & Evenings
» Strong Work Ethic & Positive Attitude
» Knowledge of Local Fair Housing Laws
» Property Management Software Knowledge (Yardi, OneSite, etc)
