Charleston Ridge Apartments and Charter Creek Apartments is looking for a strong Leasing Specialist to help with leasing duties for two properties. We are in need of a self-starter, energetic, dependable Leasing Specialist with a positive and team player attitude; to not only show and lease apartments, but execute many additional responsibilities that involve strong clerical and administrative skills.
Leasing skills includes answering phones, setting appointments, greeting customers, showing apartments, closing sales, and following up; while maintaining 100% customer service in an extremely professional manner. Be aware of company, community policies, legal lease agreement/addendums, and be able to explain them to residents and potential lease holders, Process files and accurately complete the documents in a timely manner. Be aware of all community and area facts and statistics.
Must be professional in appearance at all times, adhere to the Fair Housing laws and regulations including on-going training and education within the company. Must have reliable transportation and able to work Saturdays.
This position is a full time position. Office hours are M-F: 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturdays: 9am-5pm
