Description

Guns.com is looking for an Ecommerce Product Coordinator to be the primary owner of the product information user experience, responsible for directing and maintaining both the front-end experience and back-end supply of data that will provide users with an unparalleled level of information about the products they are shopping for. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide both great attention to detail in maintaining the catalogs, and a solid vision of how to continually improve the informational experience around all of GDC's products. The position requires strong data and analytical skills and experience with Ecommerce.

Summary

 Organize, verify and expand all product information including specifications, descriptions, images, and more

 Manage filtering, categorization, grouping and connection of all products, ensuring accuracy and usability

 Ensure price accuracy based on GDC guidelines and manufacturer directives

 Actively strive to understand what information our users want to help them make better purchase decisions

 Collaborate with all departments daily, including IT, Customer Service, Operations/Warehouse, and Creative Teams - combine information, ideas, and assets from these departments to compile product pages and curate the customer interaction to deliver a consistent brand experience throughout all customer-facing facets of the business

 Leverage data, analytics, testing, and reporting to recommend improvements to product page interface, usability, and customer experience

Requirements

 Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related field

 3-4 years' experience in eCommerce, product management

 Strong technical skills with proven experience in data management, Microsoft Excel

 Exceptional verbal and written skills with a strong attention to detail

 Ability to work with creative, warehouse, and IT departments simultaneously to ensure accuracy and continual development of a top-tier online user experience
