PARTS SALES ADVISOR - Mercedes-Benz of MidlothianWe have an immediate opening for a Parts Sales Advisor. This position is responsible for selling parts to customers over-the-counter and over-the-phone to both wholesale and retail customers and providing necessary parts to the service department.Some duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing partsNavigate the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog)Provide pricing and product information to customersPlace orders for out-of-stock parts requested by customersAssist in taking inventoryHelp maintain parts stock in orderly conditionAnswer telephone promptlyJob Requirements:Requires automotive experience (parts or mechanical)Ability to provide excellent customer service to our valued clientsMust be friendly and professional when working with customers as well as with co-workersMotivated, energetic team playerSome heavy lifting requiredWe offer a great work environment and an excellent benefits package.Requires pre-employment background including DMV and drug screening.David R.
