Libbie Market is interviewing for a butcher to help our meat/seafood department through the holidays. This would be a seasonal position. Duties would include (but not be limited to):
-Wrapping, packaging, and pricing meats for sale
-Helping customers by serving them from the meat/seafood case
-Answering phones and taking orders
-Stocking shelves
-Trimming and tying tenderloins
-Cleaning the butcher shop.counters, floors, sink, etc
Shifts would most likely all be closing shifts. Times could vary slightly but would likely be 2pm to 9pm. Weekend availability is preferred.
Experience and/or knowledge of meats is preferred.
