AmeriSci is looking for severalÂDatabase Programmers. ÂAs a Database Programmer, you will be responsible for continuing the development of our custom LIMS package running on 4D (4th Dimension). Â4D is a relational database management system and IDE. Â
RecentÂgraduates and/or students are encouraged to apply and learn our system. ÂStudents can work part-time (no benefits for part-time). ÂExperience in web design (WordPress) is a plus.
This is a full-time position in our headquarters in Midlothian, VA.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Visual Basic, C#, and SQL (4D knowledge is ideal)
Desire for a modern design and user experience
Excellent programming skills a must
High level of common senseÂand business judgment
Willingness to keep up to date on all new technologies
Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
