InMotion Hosting is currently growing and looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in our Virginia Beach, VA office.
What You'll Do:
Utilize and manage inner department tools, documents and reports Â
Assist leadership in anticipating and preparing for staff changes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Responsible for gathering and compiling data for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports utilized by leadership
Identify trends and discover causes for reported data; offer insight on findings preemptively and upon request
Continuously analyze the various reporting methods and sources of raw data for accuracy
Identify and report inconsistencies and inaccuracies to the appropriate points of contact to resolve
Conduct Quality Assurance audits for team members, providing feedback to leadership for coaching
Determine training needs and coordinating continued education efforts
Update company documentation to be inline with current official work processes and procedures

Ideal Candidates Have:
Proven analytical ability, including usage of tools like spreadsheets to compile and analyze data
Working knowledge of G Suite - specifically Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Must be highly responsive, conscientious and team-orientated
Sense of urgency and attention-to-detail a must
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high volume, fast paced, and multi-tasking environment
Ability to write routine reports and documentation
Maintain confidential information
Ability to perform duties and meet deadlines independently with minimal direction
Experience within a call center environment is preferred
