You will have a direct impact on improving the performance of our business and ensuring customers can buy the vehicles they want in a way that is right for them!What you will do - Essential Responsibilities- Serve as a technical leader on your product team to understand the real-life challenges of logistics/supply chain and how we move our vehicles efficiently for internal and external customers nationwide.
- Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management and systems architecture to develop experimental solutions and bring great ideas to life.
- Market your innovations through testing directly with our operations associates out in the field, and evolve them according to feedback and critique in an agile environment.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer experience is the best it can be.
- 8+ years of application development experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required
- In-depth working knowledge of C#, .NET Core, Azure PaaS, SaaS solutions, or related technologies required
- In-depth experience with API design and integration required
- Working experience with Oracle products and their data structures is preferred
- Full-stack development experience, including front-end technologies like React and JavaScript, preferred
- Experience leading autonomous, empowered Product teams preferred
- Exceptional communication skills preferred
