Demanding Fast Paced Environment: You may have clients in front of you, and more holding on the phone - but no one will ever know you are pressed because you are calm, cool, and collected. Your voice is inviting. You are smiling and attending to everyone. Keeping our clients floating on the amazing experiences they have in our treatment rooms.
Comfort level with Millenium software is appreciated but not required.
Pysical Stamina - Can be standing for long periods of time at some of our locations
Early arrival for call times - Ability to work a set schedule. We arrange your schedule months in advance so you can plan ahead.
Energetic and positive personality that can be felt by the clients that see you in person and conveyed to clients reaching us by phone. Helpful and positive attitude within your team. Sharing information to help the next shift have what they need to create a great day.
Contribute positive communication within your team - Working on a team of 10 professionals we share detailed information about our various locations so we set each other up for success.
Ability to work without direct supervision - This means you keep on top of the work load and do not require direction to move on to the next step.

Glow Med Spa is known for a pristine environment: Each location works as a team to make sure the common areas are sparkling clean for our clients. Another top priority is unrelenting Spa Cleanliness.
35-40 Hours Per week - normally attained during 12 hour shifts
Spa Hours are: M-F 10-7 Saturday 10-5
Call times can be 915- 7:30
An alternating Saturday schedule is our routine.
In the Spa Attendant role you are responsible for quickly turning the rooms between clients.
Both roles are responsible for ordering supplies and alerting the Spa Director to any issues that need attention.
You Report to the Spa Director
While we have several positions open - Availability on M/T/W is of the highest priority at this time.
