Automotive Body Technician
Dorn's is looking for a Body Technician for its Collision Division. Candidate should have a good work history, positive attitude, a proven job performance history and verifiable technical skills. If you are tired of not being paid for your time or not having the equipment needed to repair the vehicle back to OEM specifications, consider a career at Dorn's. The ideal candidate needs to have the following:
Good work ethic and past work history
Knowledge of all aspects of collision repair.
Knowledge of Aluminum Repair and Replacement (Optional not Required)
OEM Training (Optional not Required)
ICAR Training (Optional not Required)
Knowledge of Vehicle construction
Structural Analysis and Repair
Must be comfortable working in communication driven environment
Positive Attitude utilizing on-going process improvement
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Good computer skills and understanding of basic software
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work well within our culture.
Honesty and loyalty
Initiative to move projects forward and meet deadlines.
