MECHANIC MUST BE ABLE TO
Installing Brake Pads/Rotors -HIGH PERFORMANCE BRAKES
Installing ALL suspension components - We build about 15 Jeeps a month and they receive new upgraded shocks, coil springs, leaf springs, shackles, sway bars, longer control arms, tie rod assembly w/ tie rods, adjustable track bars, upgraded gear ratios, diff lockers, upgraded driveline, upgraded engine swaps, and many other upgrades.
Installing ALL AC components - You MUST be able install a complete AC System
Seals and Gaskets - MUST know how to change: Rear main seals, valve cover gaskets, oil pain gaskets, tranny gaskets, etc. We change all 4 of those items on EVERY Jeep we build and sell.
Basic repairs, Tune Ups, Starter, Radiators, Alternator, timing belts, water pumps, front and rear diffs, tranny work, drive shaft work, changing out gears in diffs, etc
All FLUID flushing/changing - Engine, Tranny, Rear/Front End, Transfer Case, Cooling System.
Welding and Plasma Cutting - We do a alot amount of welding and cutting, I prefer for you to have this skill to some degree.
Exhaust - Must know how to install custom exhaust.
Electrical - Basic knowledge of electrical components.
Engine Swaps, Engine Rebuilding, Etc.
We keep a VERY clean shop and looking for someone that takes pride in working in a nice organized shop. Monday-Friday 9-6pm with 1 hour lunch break. Must have a valid DL. Pay will vary on experience and ability. Contact Jonathan Davis at 202-491-9929
