HVAC Technician needed
Minimum five years service experience required. Additional skills (plumbing, electrical, general repair) are also beneficial.
Responsibilities include:
HVAC service. This is a requirement; you must have at least five years of experience and be EPA certified. Must understand refrigeration cycle and be able to read a schematic wiring diagram. Both residential and commercial units.
In addition, the following skills may be beneficial:
Electrical repair: replace outlets, switches, trace circuits, minor electrical repairs.
Appliance repair
Plumbing repair: minor repairs to bath/kitchen fixtures; plumbing line repair and replacements.
