We are looking for a skilled, reliable painter to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential and light commercial painting throughout the Richmond area — including The Fan, West End, Midlothian, and surrounding neighborhoods.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can deliver clean, detailed results.
Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting (brush, roll, spray)
Surface prep: patching, sanding, caulking, masking
Cleanup and maintaining a neat workspace
Communicating clearly with team leads and clients
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and basic painting tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Must be dependable, and willing to work hard for growth
Preferred but not required:
Experience with cabinet refinishing, trim work, or historic restoration
Ability to work independently on smaller projects
Pay:
Based on experience — typically $20–$30/hr with room to grow.
Schedule:
Full-time or steady part-time (Monday–Friday).
