Position Description: This position performs sprayed-on application process at job sites under supervisor's guidance, which includes, but is not limited to surface preparation, spray-on application, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and inventory control. Company will provide all required training as necessary. Prefer 3 or more year experience.
Responsibilities: Perform all necessary procedures to prepare and apply coatings to various surfaces as instructed
Adhere to all safety standards throughout production process
Follow the Company's policies and procedures while at customer job sites
Keep job site and shop area clean and properly maintained
Keep tools and equipment in optimal conditions to ensure working properly including maintenance of high-pressure machinery, compressors, hoses, and other tools.
Maintain correct inventory to ensure continued daily production
Complete all forms on time daily.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Age of 23 years
Manually inclined with good dexterity and mechanical skill set
Detail oriented
Must pass medical exam for respirator use
Must be able to lift up minimum of 50 lbs
Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
Challenges: Rapport and Relationships: Need to maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all crew members and office staff to ensure consistent scheduling and successful daily operation
Time Management: Need to follow an established workflow to meet production numbers
Detail Oriented: Need to ensure that all jobs meet the Company quality standards in appearance, cleanliness, and timeliness
