We are looking for experienced subcontractor painters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of professional painting experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities:
Apply paint using rollers and brushes on interior and exterior surfaces
Properly prep surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all work
Ensure proper paint application to meet customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to work 20-30 hours per week
Must have own tools and equipment (rollers, brushes, etc.)
Must provide photos of past work or portfolio
Must provide a minimum of 3 professional references
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Professional attitude and good communication skills
Compensation:
Paint Rollers: $0.50 - $0.75 per square foot
Paint Brush Cutters: $1.00 - $2.00 per linear foot (based on experience)
