Job description:
The Driver is primarily responsible for ensuring on-time, accurate, and safe deliveries, while providing exceptional service to our customers. The Driver associate will deliver appliances from our local warehouse to customers within a specified route. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to loading, installing and completing multiple deliveries daily.
What You Will Do:
Utilizes hand-held device technology to capture signatures for all deliveries.
Safely load, transport and deliver appliances to customer's homes using company trucks or partner vehicles.
Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and Lowe's installation standards.
Ensure proper connections for appliances where applicable.
Test all installed products for proper functionality before completing delivery.
Remove and return old appliances (if applicable), ensuring compliance with recycling and safety policies.
Preferred Skills & Communication:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, reviewing order details, and ensuring satisfaction before leaving the site.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance and represent Lowe's brand values at all times.
Complete all delivery and installation documentation accurately and in a timely manner using Lowe's handheld devices.
Report any vehicle, equipment or installation issues immediately.
Required:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances.
Experience in appliance delivery, installation, or a related field preferred.
Preferred:
Prior experience working for Lowe's or other home improvement retailers.
Certification or training in appliance installation or HVAC a plus.

-Pay $140-$160 per day
