Qualifications, and Requirements:
Must be between 25-65 years of age
Must have valid Long Form DOT Medical Exam
Must not have any medical waivers
Must have 2 years verifiable commercial driving Class 8 vehicle
Must have valid CDL held in the state of residence
Within the past 3 years must not have had any of the following: Speeding 15 MPH or more over posted speed limit; Reckless driving; Improper or erratic lane change; Hit and run or leaving the scene of an accident; Preventable accident involving a fatality, bodily injury or disabling damage to vehicle; No more than 4 total traffic convictions, no more than 4 total traffic convictions or accidents combined; Following too close; Passing stopped school bus or speeding in a school zone. Within the past 5 years must not have had any of the following: Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; Possession of controlled substance. Within the past 1 year must not have had any of the following: No more than 2 traffic convictions or no more than 2 convictions and accidents combined.
