job detailsRandstad is seeking dependable, punctual, and success-driven individuals to support a large client within the financial industry in the Fraud Department for a July class for claims processing. You will be working through a queue of claims that customers have filed on their debit cards, reviewing, and investigating the claim further. Qualified candidates please today! Backend - processsing role with minimal customer contact
Processing claims with little or no information and must determine if an outbound call to the customer is needed
Working through a queue in the internal system where you are investigating claims that customers have filed on their debit cards for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Review to determine whether or not it is fraud and then make a sound decision on how to proceed based on details gathered and reviewed. ● Using various systems and screens to gather information, review and analyze information, and document findings they come across in making their decision.
