Do you

have at least one (1) year of Bartender experience in a similar caliber establishment?
have the ability to work flexible hours and weekends?
have the ability to lift/carry at least 30lbs on a regular basis?
have the ability to bend, stoop, stand/walk for more than 8 hours long?
Summary of Position: The Bartender is responsibility for preparing and serving beverages (and food as applicable) to guests either directly or through serving staff, following all standard operating procedures and recipes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prepare all drinks as ordered to the standards set forth by our recipes.
Adept knowledge of all signature drinks and wine by the glass
Use various stemware and glassware aligned to correct drink as per company standards.
Use our standards of engagement for all service techniques
Keep entire bar area clean and organized
Provide engaged, friendly, and attentive customer service to all guests
Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials
Follow and adhere to all standards set forth by the Department of Health and appropriate Federal/State Liquor Control Boards
Perform other related activities as assigned by management
