MGR Fencing and Security in Vinton, VA, has a position available for a Fence Installer/Laborer who can install and perform labor on various fence installations, taking pride in their work.
BENEFITS:
Starting Salary - $18.00 - $20.00 per hour to be determined and/or adjusted based upon qualifications.
1 week vacation and off most federal holidays
6-12-hour shift, weather permitting.
We have some inside work that the weather will not cancel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professionally represent the company.
Installing a fence of the highest quality to maintain MGR’s reputation.
Demonstrate a high concern for quality work, housekeeping activities all while working safely.
Work closely with the Manager/Foreman/Superintendent to understand all aspects of the project issues, time frames, and to monitor progress.
Operate power tools and equipment. All equipment (skid steer, forklift, manlift, mini excavator, backhoe, etc.) requires a driver’s license. We will supply classes after a sufficient probation period.
Ability to accurately take and read measurements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid driver’s license (REQUIRED) with a clean driving record.
Good work ethic, integrity, professional demeanor, ability to work as a team and/or individual, and arrive at scheduled time.
Ability to lift over 100 lbs consistently.
Ability at a minimum to pass OSHA 10 training (MANDATORY)
Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
Travel 2-3 nights per week if required. All travel expenses paid
