Greer's Supply Company Inc. serving all of Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia is in search of a qualified/trainable extinguisher and suppression technician for full time work. Experience preferred but not mandatory. If you have the experience or feel that you have the ability, enjoy working with your hands and wish to work in a rewarding industry we are interested in hearing from you.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Service Calls
Servicing portable fire extinguishers
Kitchen suppression systems testing and inspection
Exit light inspection and service
Servicing 6 year inspections and portables for hydro testing
We provide a company vehicle as well as access to classes and testing to become Certified Portable Suppression Technicians.
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Much have valid driver's license.
Much have a high school diploma or GED
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Out of town is required
Pay based on experience/negotiable
