Residential Property Management Company searching for a maintenance technician

About You: You have a basic working knowledge of residential maintenance. You find it a challenge to solve new problems and increase efficiency on the repetitive ones. You can see the forest and the trees. You measure twice and cut once. You know when you don't know and do what it takes to learn.
Specific Position Requirements
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to complete physical tasks
- On call hour status required - 1.5 weeks a month
Skill Set Required
- General electrical knowledge, switching out fixtures, outlets, switches, and general troubleshooting
- General plumbing knowledge repairing and replacing fixtures, replacing pipes, troubleshooting water heaters, and yes - clearing toilets and drains
- Drywall and plaster repair
- Painting - previous experience required
- Cleaning may be required at times
- Cabinet and counter top replacement
- Smartphone expert, email extraordinaire, text deity, amateur photographer, and articulate description writer
