Maintenance Technician for apartment complex. Basic maintenance experience required. Plumbing and electrical experience a plus. Basic HVAC knowledge a plus. Looking for an individual who enjoys using skills and experience to maintain 40 apartments. Daily routine is service requests and exterior maintenance. Turn over vacant apartments as needed. Ability to work alone, schedule work load, meet deadlines and order materials. Must be self motivated and enjoy working with Residents. 40 hours a week. Excellent health, dental and vision benefits.
