Silver Hearth Lodge - the ONLY private mountain top wedding venue in the entire southeast, is now hiring experienced person(s) to help with GENERAL CLEANING (INDOOR & OUTDOOR), HOUSEKEEPING/JANITORIAL, FACILITIES SET UP/TAKE DOWN and end of the season (Oct. 31) closing details. There may be times when we will need you to help bartend too and the rate of pay will be higher ($14/hr. plus tips). If you live near the Bent Mtn. area and you have a flexible schedule where you are available to assist a couple of days per week, (this will vary and typically on a Thursday, Friday and/or a Saturday and/or a Sunday) mostly in preparation for/clean up after scheduled weekend weddings), this would be most desirable. This part-time job as an independent contractor will require you to be knowledgeable in and experienced with general cleaning techniques/equipment/supplies. We seek person(s) who show initiative, very organized, are efficient, dependable, good natured, easy going, able to work on a step ladder, not scared of bugs or cobwebs, not addicted to your cell phone or cigarettes, customer friendly with a playful personality, in very good physical shape and have own transportation. If you live close to Bent Mountain, this would be a plus.
