In-Store Demos: Share The Original and #1 Refrigerated Protein Bar with customers in your territory. Demos conducted primarily Saturday & Sunday during lunch and evening rushes with Friday and Monday evening options as well; all demos are three hours long.
Merchandising store visits conducted early mornings during weekdays
Account Merchandising: Visit high-priority accounts in your region educating customers and store personnel on Perfect Bar. Ensure store shelves are adequately stocked with all authorized items with tags in place. Build relationships at store level and hone your selling skills to generate orders and close voids.
Compensation:
25 hours/wk (minimum requirement of 16 hours/wk)
$hr DOE with bonus potential
Mileage compensation
All demo supplies provided as well as Perfect Bar t-shirt and hat

A Bit About the Role
As the Field Activation Specialist, you'll have the honor of sharing the story behind the bar that created its own category in fresh snacking. Perfect Bar's popularity is growing across the Nation, which is due in part to the efforts of individuals in store, sharing it with shoppers and ensuring our shelves are "perfect."
Along with performing in-store demos and merchandising visits, you'll work side by side with the regional and national field sales managers to monitor promotions and new product launches for the company.
Who We Want
Must have a smart phone with ability to take/upload/identify photos.
Must have daily access to a car and computer with active email account and working internet connection.
Be passionate about nutrition, healthy living and being part of an amazing team
Be experienced with consumer promotions and field-marketing activation
Be a self-starter, punctual, reliable and professional
Be available to work most weekends
Have excellent communication skills
Have strong organizational skills
Have a remarkably outgoing personality - willing to talk to anyone at any time
Enjoy face-to-face contact with consumers
Must be currently located in the Roanoke area.
Must have food handlers card
