Alliance Human Services, Inc. has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Program Supervisor to join our not-for-profit agency. We are looking for a Program Supervisor to oversee all aspects of daily service delivery as well as our clinical program in our Roanoke, VA office. Masters Degree with relative experience required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Program Supervisor ensures continuity, quality of care, and financial management and implements growth and diversification efforts in accordance with agency goals, philosophies, and values.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-General administration and day-to-day operations of the Roanoke, VA operations including implementation of all child-placing programs, policies, procedures, and financial management.

-Ensure that client supervision and related health and safety issues are the immediate priority while maintaining the overall quality of service and efficiency of operation.

-Assure service compliance with all regulatory, contractual, corporate and legal requirements.

-Hire, develop, and supervise staff to support program operations.

-Recommend, develop and implement avenues for growth and innovation in service delivery.

-Assist in annual budget for Alliance Human Services, Virginia as needed.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Program Supervisor shall have the following educational requirements:

-A Masters Degree in Social Work from a college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education plus at least three years experience in providing casework services to children and their families and at least one year as an administrator or supervisor of casework services.

-If the Program Supervisor does not have a Masters Degree in Social Work, they MUST have a Masters Degree in a related field such as but not limited to, sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling; and at least four years of casework service experience with children and families, two of which must include providing casework services to children and families in a child-placing agency and one year of experience must be as an administrator or supervisor of casework services.
