Ostendio MyVCM is a cloud-based solution that helps organizations build, operate and showcase their security and compliance program. We’re looking to add a Sales Executive to our growing team.

This is an inside sales position reporting directly to the senior sales manager. The successful sales executive will generate leads using Ostendio’s email marketing program, demonstrate the Ostendio MyVCM platform to new prospects, as well as work with Ostendio’s marketing and outside telesales team to follow up on, qualify and close new sales leads. Must be a strategic, flexible thinker, who can articulate Ostendio’s value proposition and create meaningful customer relationships. Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by qualifying incoming leads from marketing and the telesales outreach team
  • Create and deliver professional sales presentations and demos
  • Close sales sufficient to meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Ensure sales activity is accurately and timely updated in Hubspot CRM

  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to accomplish deliverables and expand the business
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and understand competitive positioning
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse customer audience, including C-level executives and technical staff
  • Prioritize and handle multiple prospect calls, RFP/RFI's, SOW's, meetings, and any follow-up items, to ensure a timely and professional response

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS sales or security space
  • Proven ability to generate pipelines and close business
  • Ability to develop strong, long term relationships by following appropriate sales methodology and using a hands-on, customer-centric approach
  • Startup and/or rapid growth company experience helpful
  • Proven record of establishing and building successful customer relationships
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to present complex technical and business concepts to all levels of an organization
  • Understanding of cloud computing, and/or cybersecurity/risk compliance
