- Ensure conformance with established security guidelines; provide timely feedback and status upon request track, summarize, and report the status of various documents and projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and confirm logistical support (transportation, badges, security clearance paperwork, audio-visual support, and etc) for meetings
- Provide all facets of program security administration in support of program initiatives, to include personnel, physical, information, industrial, and SCI security
- Participate in self-inspection activities
- Conduct security oversight inspections and staff assistance visits (SAVs); prepare inspection or SAV reports, monitor progress of corrective actions
- Attend program meetings as security representative
- Perform Program indoctrination briefings, refresher training, and debriefings
- Manage Program Access Request (PAR) program to include preparing PARs, letters of compelling need (LOCNs), indoctrination agreements (SAPIAs); reviewing Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQs) and templates, and personnel financial statements (PFS)
- Manage adverse information, foreign contact, and foreign travel reports
- Verify and update Program Access Rosters
- Prepare and maintain personnel security files (PSFs)
- Prepare, transmit, and receive visitor access requests (VARs); verify visitor clearances
- Assist the program manager with annual program access validations
- Provide guidance and oversight to defense contractors
- Prepare, review and coordinate DD 254s
- Provide day-to-day security management and oversight of the SAPFs/SCIFs
- Review Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and make corrective recommendations
- Implement all applicable requirements to maintain Facility Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
- Maintain all required facility paperwork and accreditations and coordinate tests, inspections, and repairs of program facilities
- Ensure proper handling and marking of classified materials
- Assist with the Security Awareness and Education program; reviews inspection results to correlate training products and priorities
- Monitor security incidents
- Execute special projects as required
- Must have US citizenship and an Active TS/SCI in JPAS
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Experience may be substituted)
- 4 years of security experience (or 8 years of experience without degree
- Experience with the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the Joint Access Decision Environment (JADE) required
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Experience supporting sales and business development
- Experience with financial management
- Experience working with the Defense Industrial Base
