Classified Imagery Analyst Supervisor - Night Shift to work in our

Springfield, VA office.

Job Description: ECS is seeking dedicated Classified Imagery Analyst Supervisors (Night Shift) who possess a high-level of focus, for a high-paced project to help develop training data for the next generation of artificial intelligence systems. Employees will be required to lead a team of Classified Imagery Analysts and provide expert imagery analysis and labeling of objects according to pre-defined descriptions with a high degree of accuracy. The Classified Imagery Analyst Supervisors will be responsible for managing a team of up to 25 individuals while ensuring labeling performance and quality are maintained. Labeling entails using a software application to draw a box around objects in a dataset of images and match those objects to descriptions. Shift 10:00pm-6:00am

Required Skills:
  • Must be a US Citizen, and must be able to pass Background Check
  • Active DoD SECRET Clearance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months Imagery Analyst experience while demonstrating professional performance
  • Be able to use a computer for 8 hours a day
  • Ability to recognize small objects in images
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and/or train Imagery Analyst procedures and techniques to junior employees
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and superior productivity as an Imagery Analyst
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to manage multiple people/tasks as a Team Leader or Training Lead
  • Ability to use MS Excel to track metrics and statistics with respect to data completion progress, data quality, and user accuracy.
  • Demonstrated the ability to manage staff schedule, data priorities, and ensure compliance with ECS time charging policies
  • Ability to use the administrative page on the labeling application to manage labeling jobs, manage users, create labeling jobs, and compile completed labeling reports.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage varying personality types
  • Ability to enforce ECS and government customer policies and rules
  • Can work as a member of a team
  • Ability to label objects according to a complex ontology and be able to be a technical resource to subordinates.
  • Ability to troubleshoot account issues, login issues, and provide remote troubleshooting support.
  • Ability to contact employees in a timely manner regarding timesheet issues, inclement weather status, and other customer emergency information (drills, etc.).
