Customer Support Manager/ Deputy Project Manager to work in our

Stafford, VA office.

Job Description: ECS is seeking a highly qualified candidate to provide Customer Support Management requirements for a web-based information system used to support USMC aviation training needs. In this role, you will work with the Customer Support Team to insure training needs of the units and individuals for software utilization purposes. In addition, you will hold the position of Deputy Project Manager to assist will all aspects of Contract deliverables. The Customer Support Manager directs the Customer Support Team with all facets of M-SHARP use. Candidates should be knowledgeable in all facets of the application and the user activities typical of each assigned user role and associated permissions.

Required Skills:
  • Must have a Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years as a Training Instructor or equivalent role including direct experience in a training role supporting the USMC Aviation Community.
  • Direct Experience within Marine Aviation Communities and knowledge of Training & Readiness policies
  • Well-versed in the USMC Systems Approach to Training
  • Knowledge of Unit and Individual Training Management
  • Experience with the Marine Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (M-SHARP)
  • Knowledge of Training Systems & Processes
  • Experience in providing classroom training
  • Great customer service, communication, and writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products to an intermediate level
  • Skills to effectively and efficiently mentor a Team of 20-25 employees and subcontractors.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with conducting training via web / online resources
  • Experience with a Change Management or Software Change Request system
  • Past Management and Leadership positions at the Marine Aircraft Wing level or higher
